# Man seek help after car crash, killed by police without questioning

This.

No offense, but the victim is partly at fault. If he wasn’t rapping on the ladies door, she wouldn’t have freaked out and hit her alarm/called 911. People need to learn how to communicate (the dead guy and the lady, in this case). She could have at least yelled through the door or window what he wanted! It’s possible to communicate in dire/serious situations just fine. Been there, done that.

This is 50/50 on the cop and on the dead guy.
