Starts and runs. And by runs I mean it needs a throttle cable if you don’t want to badly injure/kill yourself. Not saying it may ever go that fast, but there are some real idiots out there. But it does start and moves freely. Not much other info. $200 OBO. Seems like it could be a fun time.
