Any Elite 8 cinderellas that you can see?
I think maryland has a decent shot… Being that Memphis really isn’t THAT great… especially in a Conference USA… I could see them easily in the sweet 16, but Missouri or Marquette might be hard for them.
I also have Utah state being Marquette in the first round 🙂 I was really impressed with Utah state and their big man wilkinson and… Their RPI is 22 🙂 Marquettes is 34…

My Elite 8’s that weren’t 1’s or 2’s are WVU, villanova, and florida state. I also have oklahoma over cuse which is considered an upset in these parts. Cuse always comes out strong in the big east tourney then fucks up in the big dance.

If cuse couldn’t beat louisville… they have no shot at beating Oklahoma. They just don’t have an answer for blake griffin. I see hoim putting up 35pts in that game

I still think uConn is the strongest, albeit losing to syracuse already in a 6OT fest… but uConn is my pick for the winner.
Oklahoma really just lets teams stick around, which pisses me off… I hope griffin stays 🙂 they will win it for sure next year… when he averages 30 a game lol

UConn chokes a lot in games where they have more talent. Plus all the good teams in the West bracket are east coast teams. The time zone thing is worst when it’s West Coast teams coming east, but still might be a factor.

i’d be OK with memphis. I’d like to see a team that isn’t from a BCS conference do it. the Big East destroyed the rest of conference USA when they raided it.
