I guess that’s your judgement of where your moral fiber starts and ends. Sure, it disgusts me to hear about innocent civilians dying anywhere in the world. Whether it be Iraq, Somolia, or Chicago. It also disgusts me to see things like this video. To justify it by saying “It’s just a fucking dog.” doesn’t change my attitude. ---

The argument that I may eat meat in my diet doesn’t change my attitude either nor does it justify the actions in the video. Since, the topic was brought up I do feel that the least humanity can do is provide a decent life for the animals we use for nourishment. I oppose factory farms. ---

Personally, I don’t feel that it is inconsistent to hold some life in higher regard to others due to emotional value. A puppy may have higher emotional value to someone in American society just as cattle hold higher emotional value to many of the Hindu faith. Just as I would immediately choose the life of my pet over that of another, or in a more extreme case the life of a family member over another human being. ---

Its not like he fucked the dog tortured it and whipped it off the cliff. I personally would never just say HA lets pitch this fucker off the cliff. This by no means is NO WHERE NEAR what other animals endure so people can eat beef, drink milk, have pork sausages. I’ve dabbled at the idea a few times to switching over to being vegan but I just love the taste of beef, pork, and chicken far too much. edit: and you can bet your sweet ass that If i had a chance to punt a PUG over that cliff I wouldn’t think twice about it ---
