Where else can you buy a house 10 miles from downtown in a safe and quiet suburb. When I was looking for a job, I knew that I could have gone to DC or NY for a job that would pay like 60K out of school, but instead I stayed in Pittsburgh and got a job for less than that and bought a house, a car, and got married.
