Ugh I love it, I will some day own a flat black F430 F430 scuderia, not only because its fucking badass, but also to spite people that wouldnt dream of buying a Ferrari in anything other than red lol

just like when ur painting a car black only you use a matte or med or flat clear formula i also think basf makes a clear setup that is matte

The formulation is: Dupont X0852 (black with special matte agent), 3 parts  
Activator AK260, 1 part Thinners AK360, 0.6 part

That depends on how you want it to look, there are various different ways of mixing it up.
