i was wondering what the Maximum And Minimum width of a rim and the offset of it for an s13/s14’s were. i remember seeing a site but have forgotton the link. i have searched google and it came up with all these other sites. please help! thanks

Offset is highly dependant on rim spoke design. One set of rims will not necesssarily work with your brake setup, even if another set of same size and offset does.
