Awful analogy. There’s a big difference from understanding how a turbo works and understanding what the hell you’re doing to your body and why it reacts the way it does.

Your success is based off Alan and you’ve clearly proved that this whole entire thread. The second someone disputes anything you do or if they do anything different than you, off to the email you go. “omg Alan, I NEEDZ UU~!” Why? Because you cannot and do not understand a single thing you’re doing.

The difference is if I stop seeing gains, I know what to do to correct it. You need to contact Alan. Thats fine with me, but you need to step off your high horse.
