You can’t call that stunt driving man, he intentionally smashed the guy on objects. There’s a difference between being an idiot in your car and causing someone’s death, and intentionally using your car as a jackhammer to drive someone into objects until their internal organs are smushed. This is plain ol’ 2nd degree murder. It’s not reckless driving, not manslaughter, but actual fucking murder. ---

“negligence” “dangerous” “causing”. its not murder he has no criminal record this guy has serious money and he’s guna spend every penny of it to stay out of jail. he’ll get the best lawyers money can buy, drag this on for years, get remand after remand, eventually end up making a deal with the crown and get MAYBE a few years probation unless his lawyers find even the smallest little flaw with the crowns case, in which case he’ll get off scott-free im willing to bet he wont even lose his licence, and IF he does, it’ll be for a pitifull amount of time ---

real rich people buy property not cars and, yeah, the charges imply that he didnt want slam the guy into the hydrant on purpose… everything was caught on video this fucking psycopath was driving on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD, MOUNTING THE SIDEWALK to brush the cyclist off. the charge should be second degree murder but it also depends on the degree of provocation… there was definitely an altercation leading up to the event that caused death so maybe it was ‘in the heat of passion’, which justifies a manslaughter charge. but still. bryant is clearly a fuckn lunatic ---

Seems to me like bryant cut the guy off, the cyclist flipped out and approached him, bryant got scared and tryed to get away from the guy, buddy held onto the car, and in the process got fucked. With the info I’ve read I’d say it was accidental or dare I say justified self defense? I still hate him either way ---

WOW! Just watching CP24. Apparently Bryant had a passenger with him. The victim was intoxicated and the police were at his house 2 hours earlier due to a domestic disturbance complaint.
