well heres a quick update we called the sheriff and got some clarification on this mess. apparently we get 4-6 weeks after the sale date which is FEB 5 to get out. And my roomate told me they said it doesnt matter if we have a lease or not. and since we dont, its probly gonna be a kick out of the house between mar 5 and march 19th. thats 4-6 weeks after the sale and plan B, another place we looked at today is a NO GO. now on to plan C, another house behind ours ---

hell it takes longer than that to get kicked out of section 8… just ask sonny :dunno: ---

you should quit paying rent now and say to hell w/ your security deposit. If the landord is that broke then I wouldn’t rely on him giving it back. ---
