I want to keep it quiet until I make some real significant progress on it. Too many naysayers out there who don’t know how determined I can be.
PLUS I really want to go to a Honda meet and leave the hood down to see if anyone even looks twice.

Fuuuuck. And they sent me the wrong gauge rectangular tubing. I ordered .083 and these two are obviously .125.
The box says no returns unless you don’t accept delivery. What are the odds I’m going to have to eat this one too. Just like the guy on [k20.org](http://k20.org)… that whole thing went fucking great.

Maybe, but they’re heavier than they need to be and welding them will be trickier since the factory metal is so much thinner. I’m just frustrated because Adam and I had a discussion about what to go with and in the end it didn’t matter.

MetalsDepot, who are now my recommended supplier of rectangular tubing. They scheduled a pickup of the tubing and are sending me replacements today, all free of charge.

Your rear arms arrived today(the ones you bought. Complete assemblies including hubs and drums.
Never received your text. Send me that kids phone number so I can call him this week and get your sol rear arms from him.

I’m glad you got them alright. Do they look to be in decent condition? I’ll have to get the hubs and bearings ordered for them next.

Also, I wanted to go over the rear bracing with you so I can order some sheet metal and tubing for that. I’ll give you a call at some point tomorrow.

I am going to be all over the place the next few days and will likely not be near a phone for any talking-length of time. New shop being built and I’ve got masons to deal with, cars to deliver, family shit, and somewhere in there my own dumparoo to finish up and get back on the road.

arms look good, fairly rust free for the most part. I’ll gut the hubs/brakes/bearings/busings from them next week.
no did not get message. my phone is fawked up (again) waiting ~ month for my plan to be up and buying new phone then.

Someone just scammed me $2,400 on parts I sold from my old setup. They canceled the CC payment on paypal and they have taken back the money.
