I have thought about it and have a pretty simple plan of modifying the Hybrid Racing shifter for the cables to come out the back and then just custom order longer cables. It appears that this will be pretty simple since kits with longer cables have been made for the Elise and some kit cars.

I’m actually having a harder time trying to build the throttle cable the length I will need it. The few shops that sell complete custom setups don’t have the barrel ends that I need.
