Well this is a mind bottling story. There are 33 Chilean miners trapped a half mile below the surface. They’ve been there for 17 days but they’re alive. It’s going to take 4 months to get them out. I hope they all make it out intact. Sounds like once they get the little elevator shaft to pass things up and down they’ll be a lot better off. :bigtup: to resourcefulness in a crisis. ---

One of the interesting things to note as well… last I heard they had not told the miners that it will be 3-4 months. ---

i figured they wouldn’t tell them the 3-4 month thing until they had made progress in improving the conditions. Where’s Bruce Willis and his gang of oddballs? If they can bury a nuke a mile down on an asteroid I’m sure they can do better than 3-4 months. WE GOT NO TIME, NO TIME! 🙂 ---
