# minor body rust... where to repair? (Toronto Area)

my friend has an integra with some minor rust on one side of the rear quarter panel / wheel well area. not too serious, but it mas made a semi-wide orangey line of rust (i.e. it made the paint look orange). does anyone know a good place to get this sanded off&touched up?
