From a 1990 5 speed 240sx, NON-ABS.

-2pc Drive shaft (with hanger bearing, brackets, yoke and bolts)  
-Sunshade (with “leather” bag)  
-Hatch-back, privacy cover  
-Heater controler  
-Rear view mirror  
-ECU

I makes perfect sense, it shades the sun. If you don’t know what it is, you probably need one. (aka ever wonder what the 2 round things on your sunroof are for?)
