[FONT=Helv][SIZE=2]2006 F-150 Harley Davidson 60K miles 3 valve motor AWD 22" wheels Full Leather Ext Cab Tow Package Just about all the options Tanoe cover Oil Changes They were going to put new front brakes on it Their sticker price = ~$22K kbb retail = ~$23K kbb trade in = ~$21K After about an hour of playing the game, I got them down to $19,500 for the truck and up to $3,500 trade in for my truck = purchase price was $16K. He laid out the deal, I told him that’s a hell of a deal and I need to look at the truck one more time. I stood at the truck looking at those deuce deuce dubs and decided to buy I turn around and the salesman told me the other salesman just sold it to some family for 17something. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. Literally that min where I took a deep breath and decided, it sold out from under me. At first I was extremely pissed then wanted to cry. Then ended up crying in the chest of some 26 year old ex stripper saleswoman for an hour. [/SIZE][/FONT] ---

I sort of did the reverse to someone in the roch. We test drove a car came back into the show room, and I overheard someone in the next cube mentioned that they just drove 3 hours to pick up a car and were pissed they let someone else test drive it. I had the used car manager in the cube and gave him our price and he accepted. My mom is loving that car. ---

not all the harleys are supercharged joe yours is fggy blue not beast mode black 90% sure they were real, talked about dinner and drive in, but she kept bringing up a stupid grey chevy truck. i came back with well it doesnt have the sliding back window so the drive in would suck.then i threw up the deuces ---

any dealership that does that to you should be put out of business thats just pure bad business and if i tried showing a vehicle while someone else was negotiating price I would be fired ---

Being in sales, this happens all the time. It’s not like they lied to him. Its first come first served. Sucks to hear that you lost out, but I tell people all the time, you don’t have to buy it but I wouldn’t be doing my job if I didn’t tell you to do a deposit. ---

At least the saleswoman looked out for you in the end lol. Just last week my dad had everything finalized(loan approval, all paperwork) to purchase a new truck from NJ. He bought a plane ticket, several hours later the dealer calls and tells my dad they sold the truck to a local. Luckily he got a refund for the ticket. ---

I had them down to 16 and some change total for this truck. thats including my trade in ( 2001 ram 138Kmiles ) I waited 1 min and they sold it to some other buyer for 17 ---
