Last week was my last week at CARSTAR. I’m now a partner in a new company with a compensation plan that could be 2 or 3 becks more than prior. slept in an extra hour this morning, working from home, making my own schedule… weeeee ---

Is that compensation plan really boom or bust or are you guaranteed some becks with the chance to make more if you kick ass? ---

Work is sending my team and I to Vegas for a week and paying for everything. Been traveling all over the place so far this year :tup: Work is also on track to hit some huge profit goals which should make profit sharing fun at the end of the year. I think I’ll be OK. Other company was ~15,000. That said, the promotion was on the same floor in the same finance department, just with a different manager, so I’m not exactly moving far :lol: ---
