I love all you homo’s that use atkins. psst it’s a waste of time you need to eat less and exercise more - that’s the only diet that works My dad and about 50 other people I know that used atkins lost weight, then put it right back on because they resumed normal eating habits. my wife lost a lot of weight by just cutting out a little of the portions that she used to have and exercising a little bit. and she kept it off ---
