I might be looking to do this and from a few post’s i see that some people on here have done it. I know how to solder so thats not a problem. So…does anyone have any input on which one to get or any tips i should know? ---

yes first search online with your Wiis serial number to find out what the production date was. from there surch the date to which Wii you have from there you either have the old which you solder 6 points or the new which is 30. and if it is the new try to trade for a older one. ---

Whats the purpose of modding a wii exactly? To play burned games? I have a wii but only use it when a bunch of people are over. ---

D2A/DMS/D2B without cut pins is what it says my wii has…so after doing some research it looks like wiiKey is the best one to get…can anyone confirm this? and also the best site to get it from? Thanks ---

yeah toronto is the closest, but they do good work and do it in under an hour. ---

I can do it. I just hopped to grab a chip without having to buy it online.
