It took me all morning, but I was able to translate. Im not positive but he rambles on about never having a girlfriend. He also says he is still a virgin but his mother wants to help him out with this but he hasnt decided if he should take her up on her offer. He also says that he is very excited because his family reunion is this summer in america and he will finally get to meet his cousin speedped. ---

I guess they were a bunch of gangster/mob wannabe punks, now these days they are considered yankees or rednecks of Japan. Those rims are Hoshino Impuls usually in 14 or 15x7 in low offsets in 4x114.3. Yopu can find a set fairly cheap and I think someone makes replicas of them. ---
