# Modine Direct Vent Shop Heater HD45

This is a propane or natural gas fired direct vent heater. It works basically like a mini furnace. All combustion gases are vented out the exhaust allowing you to work on your project in a fume free environment. The unit pumps out 36,000 BTU and is controlled by a thermostat. I used this heater in a large 2 car garage and was able to work in a T-shirt on below zero February days. The unit is very efficient on gas and will not cost you a fortune to operate. I will include with it the stainless steel venting kit, some brackets, threaded rod, wire to run your thermostat, even some 12-3 power wire if you need it. This setup would cost you about $800 to buy new.
My price for this like new setup is $500.

Did you happen to see the pic with the stainless vent tube in it? I am not sure any converting would be needed. 😛
