# Monitor problem

ok, so I re downloaded steam and tfc because even being an old game its awesome.

I go to play, and my monitor says, out or range 94hz V 24.4 hz H.

I go to device mangler and it calls my monitor a default monitor, and I need to say plug and play, as all the other monitors in my house(they are the same do)  
Its an Elo touchscreen plug and play monitor 15 inch lcd. didnt come with drivers

Its plugged directly into my radeon 9200 gpu.

How Do i do this, I have catalyst control center but im locked out somehow because it doesnt think im the admin.

Help, I want to play this game.

Vista? Right Click Run as for the catalyst

Try a windows update to obtain the driver.
