# monroe at n. french / transit = bunch of fawktards

They’re just trying to up-sell you. I went to Pep Boys to have them fix a nail in my tire. It was a small finishing nail dead center in a block of tread, but after his manager looked over the car and had a few words with him, the tech came out and told me I needed a new tire because it was “real bad” & needed some other stuff done. I knew his manager made him push that garbage on me so I told him to just repair the tire and when his manager wasn’t around, tipped him for putting up with that shit.

Don’t know why anyone with a German made ride wouldn’t immediately consider going to see Jason at Black Forest. Great service and no bullshitting around.
