it’s jim, you’re a tard. the xbox360 WILL have backwards compataility. the PS3 has NOT confirmed that it will yet. ---

Show proof that it will be backwards compatable before calling me a tard… Dumbass… The only info I could find was that it will either be: a. compatable with top selling games ONLY (READ: NOT TRULY BACKWARDS COMPATABLE) OR b. games will need to be recompiled for the xbox360 (READ: BUYING YOUR OLDER GAMES… AGAIN (READ: NOT TRULY BACKWARDS COMPATABLE)) Also, I am willing to bet my first born that the PS3 will be backwards compatable with PS2 AND PS1 games… ---

“the hard drive will indeed be necessary because you’ll need an Xbox emulator file to sit on the hard drive” from 1up “At launch, Xbox 360 will be backward compatible with the top Xbox games,” Xbox PR manager Michael Wolf told GamesIndustry.biz today. “Our goal is to have every Xbox game work on Xbox 360. You will NOT need to purchase a new ‘version’ - your original games will work on Xbox 360.” from the horses mouth tard 🙂 and im sure it wont be long before theres an emu for ps1 and ps2 games for the xbox. some of you may remember bleem for the dreamcast and pc. ---

i know that the current xbox is \> ps2 so why would that change 🙂 but this time xbox has a full year or more to get more games and shit out, making it that much better…lol ---

But I had both and I couldn’t find many good games for Xbox so I sold it. ---
