word. I’m still thinking current levels are merely a prolonged bounce… but honestly, with the way the market has been acting I’m not willing to put any worthwhile sum on the idea that it is still bouncing. ---

I put out a short on C today. I already have one on JPM. Me and Drew talked about it last night. JPM’s earnings tomorrow are going to be the suck. I am still long BAC and MS. Buy the rumor, sell the news. ---

LOL thats funny I stayed long BAC, (AIG, FRE, FNM these three were small $ buyins I will hold for a few years) and RDN to wrap up my financials so I am long for sure I just wanted the security of both directions and well we will see. Overall though I am still long on the market for sure. But I am only buying real value. Grabbed some TGT, and AKS this week and want some health care soo as well. ---

FGGT didnt trade at all today. I’m going long in it as soon as it does. I found the next best thing though, i was looking at international financials and I found out that Santander’s symbol is STD. Works for me. I bought $500k worth in the simulation thing :lol: ---

PS-Someone call it end of day selling or buying rally. I vote selling but I also figured we would hit this part of the session up about 2% and thought tomorrow would be lower. ---

you’re missing out on STD’s then. Did you sell your MS? They pay $1.08 per share dividends to shareholders of record tomorrow so I’ll likely hold it until then at least. ---

Lately when the market has been down it was up early on and then at 3pm hit the shits. Today it is down now at 11:15am 340 points give or take. Is it going to continue to go down and end down or will it have a little rally late day? I’m such a puss, I don’t have the balls right now to jump back in it. ---

I should have sold off my MS when I wanted to yesterday…i stayed in for the dividends and it went down 10x that amount. My shorts are makign me money but not enough to counteract what my longs are losing. ---

Too bad I sold 200 shares at $14 ☹ I knew yesterday that today was going to be down. I just hate the idea of clearing my folio all the damn time on my long positions. Atleast I took out some shorts yesterday. AKS is killing me today. Then I bought more today and got killed more lol. ---

Bought more TGT, and some GE. Im afraid to cover shorts just yet as they are somewhat helping hedge my long positions right now. This market is fun! But I wont lie once i move home i hope we are in a nice low maint bull market because I would hate to have market strategy take up some of my golf time. ---

I was thinking that GE would be a great buy once it was revelaed the W. Buffett invested somehting like 5 Billion, but it went down since then, I dunno what the F to think ---

I bought GE for something to hold for possibly 2+ years. Also in this market if decide say I want $4k in a stock ill buy it over 2-4 transactions over a week or two for the best value and keep risk down. Obv it dosent apply to DCB’s or big overbuy/sell trades. ---

Right about now, anything that will result in me making $. But you know how it usually goes, when something like this is announced it is usually good for a quick 5% jump. Look at what happened when IBV announced they were looking to buy BUD, or countless other examples like this. ---

HAHA to be honest there isnt too much out there right now that I dont think is going to make you $ as long as you can afford to hold it for 1-2 years if things really go bad. As far as GE its trading just above is 52 week low and has under a 10x PE so I like it long personally. But anything you buy into long right now has potential to hurt pretty bad still. ---
