# mosport GP and DDT no longer open to the public??

so i heard from someone that mosport will no longer allow track days or rent out the track for events like cscs and Ontario time attack. do too the new ownership of Canadian crap tire. it will be strictly for league events like la-mans NASCAR and the Indy. do to this shannonville is completely over booked for this year. luckily my friend was able to rent out the full track for two days. if this is true it is a pure downer as i was looking forward to finally hitting the gp track as the s14 is finally ready. anyone else hear about this or can confirm?

I was under the impression it would be open to the public.

based on their website it reads as though there will still be public track days. - Although it also mentions this bridgestone open wheel racing school which I’m sure will eat into a lot of nice weekends - the price’s per person for the school is a lot more than the 100 bucks I use to pay with the touga guys.
