She will be brought up on one charge. If you think about robbing a bank, then leave, then come right back and do it you dont get charged with attempted robbery and robbery. ---

You can get charged with anything and typically the prosecution will throw as much at you as possible, now making it stick is another story. At the end robbing the same bank twice, is indeed two accounts of robbery, it just so happens that it’s at the same location, but that doesn’t change the fact that it happened twice. ---

Yes and no. You would definately be charged with premeditated for obvious reasons, but you cant be charged with attempted if you went through and comitted said crime. Im pretty sure she will get Muder in the 2nd degree, under the circumstances of depraved indifference to human life, and the recklessness of the action. ---
