# Mother kills son. Twice.

Yes and no. You would definately be charged with premeditated for obvious reasons, but you cant be charged with attempted if you went through and comitted said crime.

Im pretty sure she will get Muder in the 2nd degree, under the circumstances of depraved indifference to human life, and the recklessness of the action.
