# Moto Q question

I just got a motorola Q. my service is verizon. For somereason I cannot use MMS to send pictures… and I cannot receive pictures either. My girlfriend sent me a picture the other day and I didn’t get it.

Any help?

I have a Q without the data plan and i can send and receive MMS without a problem.

I just went through this, with the Q.

You _have_ to call verizon, and you will get transfered a few times. They will take you through the usual basic troubleshooting that will make you want to kill yourself, but eventually they’ll reset your service to your phone, fixing the problem. And just to make sure this is the same problem, you can still send/receive basic txt messages right?

Keep in mind though, if you sent/were sent a lot of pictures, once it starts working- they will all go through.

There’s probably a way to do it right from the phone. They’re called ‘service books’ on BB’s, don’t know what they’re called on Motorolas. Check the forums like [http://www.howardforums.com](http://www.howardforums.com) or [http://www.hellomotoq.com](http://www.hellomotoq.com)

if you have data blocked, you will not be able to send pics.
