Specifically fashionable boots. I didn’t want to put this in the fashion thread. But I’m looking for places or examples that you guys recommend. Something that Could go with a nice pair of dark jeans, blazer/vest and dress shirt. Obviously this would be summer time/warmer temperature. I’m not going to use my regular pairs of dress shoes and scuff the shit out of them.

Ok so skipping the BS, Alpinestars SMX+. Let your jeans hang over the part that rises over the ankle, and it just looks like you have some giant boots made for kickin ass on.

AWW you guys are harsh! It’d be nice not to take my car for every dressier occasion, but I will check the sites and styles recommended.

OK I checked those alpines, I’m not looking to be like speed racer, SOMETHING DRESSY, I’ve found a few things on ebay, maybe even Men’s wearhouse has something. Does Beck have a bike? He would know what I’m asking.

Bring a bookbag and put your dress shoes in there, then just swap when you get to your destination. That’s what I used to do when I rode to work.

^Same. I have to admit though, wearing Express 1MX shirts, Performer pants and tie under my leather jacket on the thruway…not comfortable.

I have these, in black. I love them.
They come in tan as well. With jeans, they don’t even look like riding boots/shoes. But they still have ankle support and lace straps.

Why are you worried about your feet if you’re wearing jeans and go down? Just lift your feet and they’ll be fine. I’d be more concerned about my butt / hips / thighs.

You are literally contradicting the shit out of yourself…
then why the fuck do you want “dressy” riding(protective) boots…just buy walmart dress shoes and wear those if you’re not concerned with protecting your feet/ankles.
Once again, if you’re riding…you should be wearing proper attire. If you’re worried about what you look like when you arrive at your destination then either wear squid attire or take the cage.

WTF is this shit. If it isnt for protective purposes just wear whatever the fuck you want, preferably crocs, you squid.
If you want high tops that offer limited protection, go with Vans or a high top pair of Nikes, if looks are your thing.
If you want to protect yourself properly, get a set of racing boots like Alpinestars or the like.
(This guy just wears high top Nikes, because i’m the #1 squid)
