Seems like you are both good to go, minus the plate light…

> Its a 74 honda cb450 with NO turn signals or liscense plate light. I did install tail and stop light obviously and it still has working horn. tires have great tread but there a little dry from age, but holding air great. sooo, im not sure if anyone can help a brother out here.🙂

Inspect for:

1. Check tail, number plate, stop and turn signal lights, reflectors.
Reject if:
2. Vehicle is not equipped with at least one tail and number plate light. If manufactured after October 1, 1968, one stop lamp. **August 1985 and newer motorcycles must have turn signals.** Does not have at least one Class B red reflector on rear (may be part of light lens).

Inspect for
2. Check other tire condition.
Reject if:
2. Any cut in excess of one inch that is deep enough to reach the body cords.
Tire is temporarily repaired, using a blowout patch or boots.
Tire has bumps, bulges or knots showing partial failure of the tire structure.
Tire has exposed ply or cord structure exposed.
Tire does not display appropriate Department of Transportation markings or indicates “for off-road use,”

Thanks for the input guys.

Tires are always a concern.
I didn’t see any mention of a horn, but I’m pretty sure you need one. I’ve attached a bicycle horn to it in the past. Honk Honk.

No mufflers.
Front brake lever does not turn on the brake light. This was an issue at the last inspection.

my pan has a bike horn on it.
both my bikes 58 and 06 have drag pipes
why don’t the front brake lever turn the brake on?

On the Boss it is broke, I just haven’t fixed it yet. For the Sportster… I don’t know.
