R33s are the only ones that were crash tested. The reason why Motorex was sued for fraud was because they claimed that the R32 and R34 were the same body, which, of course, were not.

i think someone else in the same game has a good lawyer and wanted to find a loophole in which they could tke motorex for a ride.
