# Motorola Razr and cellphone experts - I need help

i have a black razr. i just got a bluetooth earpiece, and i love it.

only problem i am having, is setting up voice dialing in my phonebook. i consulted the instruction manual, but it is vague, and some of the things it is telling me to do dont even seem to exist…

i know some guys on here have the razr, or have had the razr and know how to operate all of its features pretty well. i am decently cellphon savy, but this is really stumping me.

any info that you guys can give me would help… josh, dr dos, etc, i know a bunch of guys on here are familiar with the phone… let me know what to do to get this working.

Your phone had features that your cell provider removed, so the original moto instruction manual won’t be 100% correct. This also means our phones are different too, so what I’m about to tell you might not work either…

- Find the person in your phonebook that you want to give a ‘voice’
- Select edit
- Select voice name
- Say the name while holding down the voice dial key

you have to save the contact to the phone and not the sim card for the voice dialing to work
