[www.vcdquality.org](http://www.vcdquality.org) will show you any release in the scene and also a image of the quality.

Also, I am surprised no one said it yet but NewsGroups are the best way to download. [Usenetserver.com](http://Usenetserver.com) offers 14/month access and you can almost always max out your connection. For really paranoid people, they even have encrypted access. It takes a little bit to get used to it and how its setup and its not free but its the best and safest way to download anything.
