Renting a nice house right now, saving a bunch of money for a really nice down payment. Only highlight of the current set up is the sand volleyball court in our backyard and our proximity to the local college. I got a house in Buffalo I am eyeing, but I would need to make a career/physical move. Nice houses by the way, makes me want to spend money. ---

The NOVA homes are alike in the community they are in, because they are all made by the same company. Once you get into a wealthy area where they are individual homes and not in an HOA community then you start to see the differences. ---
