Summit Martial Arts, right next to the fitness factory on delaware ave

ILC - it is pretty intense, always possibility of injury, i think if ur injured somewhat and ur healing, i wouldnt do it, i would do the normal classes so you can pace yourself easier… the camps are nonstop activity
