As a society how on earth is it ok to charge two guys who were not even driving with murder? Then on the other hand you have doctors driving drunk killing kids and drunk kids killing families with no punishment. Is this bizzaro world? ---

He should hope they charge him murder that way he won’t get convicted…manslaughter would be easier.
