well they wont let me return it, they are being retarded so Im gonna put it on and just use it till summer when I buy a new one, ugh oh well

Don’t put it on, you literally won’t gain any power. I raced my friends 04 Type-S before and after he installed a shitty intake (AEM V2), a shitty shorty header (like yours) (a DC) and a shitty set of useless pulleys and pulled him exactly the same amount as I did when he was stock, if not a little more. There’s not even a noticeable change in exhaust note with a shorty header, just don’t even bother and sell it to someone who is looking to waste his/her money :thumbup

How can they just not let you return it, thats fucking retarded. I would call them back and realllllly bitch at them. Then threaten to call the better business bureau, if they still don’t budge then contact the B.B.B.

Definitely do not put that on your car… knowing that company’s rep it probably won’t even fit right.
Look into where you bought it from, they HAVE to have some sort of return policy.

if you arent telling the computer that more air is coming in, and more air is leaving you wont gain much from it. you have to tune for your mods. the ecu can only compensate for so much.

Oh and as far as TB and Intake spacers are concerned…
They really do make a differance, and you will get HP gains from them, obviously it will vary from car to car, but it is possible to get a 10+ hp gain from using TB or intake spacers or both…
They help redeuce temps and heatsoak…
The cooler the engine the more power it will make…
