I’ve seen one company that welds a hook onto to pipe and uses a spring to hold the dipstick down.

If there isn’t already, install two o-rings on the dipstick. Take a dremel and cut two notches into the stick where it seats to the tube and slip some o-rings in them.
Kind of like the turbo SR20 dipstick. People buy the n/a sticks when their’s are broken not knowing they don’t have o-rings on them. The next thing they notice is oil everywhere because their dipsticks never stay in…

do the old DSM trick and put a stiff spring on it like fmfgsx said. works everytime. and get the new pcv valve, they are cheap.

Some people switch to a 1g dipstick because the 2g’s break alot easier. Other dipstick “mods” I’ve seen are people using a hose clamp.

IDK. I wasn’t planning on doing a lot of stuff to it. 85% of the aftermarket parts were to replace a bad OEM piece when I got it. It went with a nice aftermarket part if it was close to the same price or cheaper then the OEM stuff. I was hoping for some more umph out of the 16G.
