Just found out about this site and realized i know a bunch of people on here. If you dont know me my names brian and i drive the white 5th gen prelude w/ bronze rims. The car has come a long way since i first got it, here is what i have been up to: Finally got around to getting my RSX Type S Leather seats bolted in ![http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x153/crazyz250/Retros17.jpg](http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x153/crazyz250/Retros17.jpg) I cut off all the old mounts and got some scrap from govels welding and made all new ones. They fit perfect, i mounted them a little further back so when you recline them forward they dont hit the roof (they are that big in there lol) I havnt gotten a chance to drive much with them yett but they are a %100 improvment over the stockers. They have philips 6000k bulbs right now, i am going to get some c/f eye lids and lamin-x them in a few weeks. Everything is good to hold 500+ poneys, except my block because it will go boom. Next winter calls for a quaife LSD and a built block. Love those rsx-s seats…not feeling the retrofits though…i’m sure they look good when they’re on though sounds like it’ll move.:thumb ---

Welcome! The Lude has come a long way, an even though the 4th Gen’s are still :number1 in my book, your 5th gen is quality :thumb. Enjoy your stay in the AC is over-rated crew! Counting me I think you’re probably a 10th member on this board with Gt30 now. How do you like the Rsx seats? Looks like the Ludes are taking ova! :ahh ---

And idk about ludes taking over, i only know 1 other kid with a 5th gen and 2 with a 4th gen. Heavy, but awesome cars :banana ---

Neither of my cars have A/C…it’s overrated, windows down ftw! there are quite a few 5th gen Ludes rolling around the area, i’ve seen a red one, a couple blue ones, a stock white one, a silver one :nod ---

yeah, not having it will give me a little more power, and muchhhhh cleaner engine bay, 3/60 FTW! I have seen some 5th gens around, but like the keeler car show last year i was the only one. If i do see one its bone stock driven by some lady ---

Very nicely done. The seats are a nice fit and the rims work well. The front lamps are weird to me. Performance is tasteful too. Good job. ---

Yeah the lights are a bit white, if i had known i would have left the projector black and the housing white, but i was the first of the retrofit group to color match them to my car so i didnt have a clue how it would look till it was done… The car also has Tein ss coilovers. It had a zex 55 shot nitrous system but now that im going to boost i sold it, sure was alot fo fun. So i take it the 518 stands for the area code or something? kinda a noob question lol but everyone is in the albany-ish area rite? - Yeah i hope the c/f trim will provide some contrast. - Synapse already has my car apart for the most part, the tranny comes in from [hmotorsonline.com](http://hmotorsonline.com) in cali around thursday. They have to do the SH to Base conversion first off. Morgan wont begin building it for another 2 weeks or so, by the end of the month it should be all built, and then a week or so for a tune. We all know that if they say end of the month, it turns into middle of next month haha ---
