# My compressor sucks help

I have a HP compressor its like 5.2@40psi and 8gallons…and the spray gun id like to use is a top feed but says 5.8 or sumthing at 40psi…once i got a sander rated at 9@40psi and it suuucked…i returned it because it was useless with my compressor. Will this gun work for me?? i dont mind stopping waiting for the compressor to build up pressure every time…but i dont want it hardly working at all…Advice? Or if someone has a good spray gun that my compressor will handle PM me and we’ll work something out. A compressor id be interested in borrowing as well…i can loan out mine so i dont leave you empty handed. Looking to borrow compressor or a spray gun for 1-2weeks

forget it, your spray gun will not work with that comp…that gun needs 6 cfms…you need something w/a big tank…spray guns and sanders EAT AIR…
