good for you! I’ve been looking for a nice single family myself. The pressures on me to buy a house with a nice kitchen though have forced me to look in a price range that makes me sad ---

Looks good congrats! I can tell it was built in 99, it could use a little updating (I work in real estate and own a company that buys and rehabs/remodels houses for resale, don’t take it personally). Get rid of that 12 x 12 pale tile in the kitchen and the off white appliances (it is OUT) and change the water fixtures in the bathroom and a few other updates to bring it to 2008 and increase your equity and resale value. Very nice first home, congrats again and enjoy ---

Kitchens and Bathrooms sell houses though! ---

Very nice first home, congrats again and enjoy they’re regular white, but that’s interesting, because I’ve heard from a few people that white appliances are the “in” color right now (something I’d never considered). the tile is something I wouldn’t do, but not something I’m going to take out at this point. my first major plan is to take all of the carpet out from the first floor and put in hardwood. After that, it’s time to add some color to the place and upgrade lighting and fixtures. gotta save some money for track days also!!! ---
