Looks good congrats! I can tell it was built in 99, it could use a little updating (I work in real estate and own a company that buys and rehabs/remodels houses for resale, don’t take it personally). Get rid of that 12 x 12 pale tile in the kitchen and the off white appliances (it is OUT) and change the water fixtures in the bathroom and a few other updates to bring it to 2008 and increase your equity and resale value. Very nice first home, congrats again and enjoy
