WOW…your seller pulled $19k profit out in 2 years. Nice time to cash out…2007. Almost like they timed the recession. $66k assessment and taxes are $3.7k??? Makes me want to move out of state so bad! My friend in VA is looking at **$350k** houses with property tax coming in well below what your paying. 8( FUUUUUUU NY! Anyhow, not to shit up your thread…the house looks amazing! That garage will probably be the selling point that makes a NYSpeed member buy it. 🙂 ---

This place looks legit as hell great work man. Previous owner of my place did the same thing opening up the kitchen and it was a main selling point for me. I am sure it will bring $$$ and attract buyers for you as well. ---

This example needs some finishing touches but nothing says baller like 12 acres, 7k square feet, view of a the Potomac on multiple levels, 3 fireplaces, 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths. $2.3k taxes.
