the house has the caps on the gutters… not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing for beer cans on the roof. I would love a pool, just not the maintenance. My next door neighbor has a pool, I think i just need to make friends with them. ---

lawn looks fertilized which is nice, put down some winter fertilizer in the fall. very nice buy. nice getting a house that is pretty much already perfect! ---

My neighbors all put down fertilizer and have the chemlawn trucks come around and spray for weeds and shit and my lawn looks about the same as theirs. I have a few more weeds than they do but nothing major. ---
