my brother lives in DC, he hates me. What we are paying for this house would buy a decent one bedroom condo there.

good catch… Yes, we are buying it together. Marriage and all that fun stuff is around the corner.

the sale of the 240 is somewhat unrelated to the house but that extra money would not hurt!
