Finally got a chance to work on it on Sunday, the previous owner probably never lubed the chain, like ever. Very fun bike around town, all-rounder bike with good low end torque. Was thinking of getting the new 300, but that is just too expensive for me… Bike is completely stock and I have no plans for mods; may be a slip-on in the future if I feel like it. ---

Good choice for a commuter I wish I had something like that. The CBR is dreadful at slow speeds. ---

Enjoy! Now that I’ve ridden both, v-twin definitely is a better configuration than the parallels.
