I originally had the plans drawn for exactly this same building before I started my build but then realized I only had 2 cars, a wife, and was short about 4 million dollars. ---

Mine will be at least 1500 sq ft… on the first floor. :D. I just cleared the trees. Next I need to call my timber frame guy because you can’t have a timber frame house and a stick built barn, that just wouldn’t make sense. ---

I see this on lesser scales quite a bit up here, large polebarns, filled with toys (sxs, dirtbikes,quads,snowmobiles,trucks,cars, tools,lifts etc) and a built in living quarters. ---

So much space wasted. Also, the living room looks like the waiting room at a car dealership. I bet this is probably a second home or sorts where most people have man caves, he has a man home. I can’t imagine that being a livable house to be honest. ---

Even if I had a billion dollars I don’t think I’d want this. 16 car garage mahal sure, but I have no interest having a bunch of cars in the living space of my $4mil house. I’d take a 16 car detached garage with a sweet house over this any day. ---
