Is it a 2-way mirror?
He obviously thought you were going to trash the place and needed to
keep an eye on things.
If he’s 76… you better sue him quickly before he dies and leaves everything to his family or the govt. takes it.

I don’t think there were any in the mirrors, they were in light fixtures, smoke alarms, stuff like that (as far as I know). He wasn’t 76 he was like in his 40’s. From what it sounds like, he did it at first to keep an eye on things. It was kinda ghetto, afterall. But thats still no excuse.
So right now I have to wait for the criminal trial to go through before I start a civil suit. I apparently also have to go see a phsychologist to prove damages.

Say that with your ex it was extremely hard to perform and that knowing now that someone else saw you crying in the fetal position under the covers you want his ass to fry.
j/k - I’d sue in this case. Complete invasion of property.
Thinking that some poor cops have to seed through hours and hours of tapes.
Was she in the location that they were talking about ot the other locations?

This actually happened to my old roommate at UB. They found a small camera in the corner behind a desk. Kinda freaky. He can be charged but if you try to file civil suit, its tough to claim damages and prove them unless the video you know got in the internet or something.

yeah i would tell the guy that had the tapes, “they dont have cameras in jail cells, so they cant tell when bubba raps you.”
honestly myself, i would probably say that and then some.
sue him, but good luck on getting lots of money. youll probably get the money that the place you lived in is worth and the land it sits on, due to obviously other people about to sue this guy as well. guy can only have so much money.
