have fun with insurance now boy, any accident that is claimed as your fault will screw you. I got in a fender bender on my g2 while driving my jeep, 3 years ago, and now even with the g(got it 3 days later) i cant drive one of my parents cars, there insurance co made me sign some papers saying i wouldn’t. I have 2 points! The insurance on the cefiro is rediculous at 350$/month at the age of 23, so i hope you’re prepaired for insurance hell for the enxt 5 years if you dont get this resolved. ---

Stop calling your car a Rabbit when it is clearly not. That just proves your immaturity. I suppose you call your 240 a Skyline because it “sounds faster”? ---

Yeah you better fight this ticket, you seem to have a good case, and a for sure win in court with pics. good thing your dad didnt pay for her damage, cause its just throwing away money, insurance is “no fault” so both parties insurance pays for their own shit. however… if you are the one “at fault” which in this case the cop claimed that you ARE, your premium will sky rocket and youll be paying high rates. THIS is why you must fight the ticket, so that youre NOT at fault, not even a little !! good luck … keep us posted on the outcome ---

I’m not here to start an arguement on what my car’s actual name is. But some of you made a good point. In retrospect, it very well could have been my fault. I went back to the corner for a look, and you’re right Source, it really is a wide corner. Im now a bit unsure of myself, but nothing i can do. The issue that will be raised in court, isnt over position of the cars, but of whether or not there was/were clear marking(s) on the curve seperating one lane from another. Cause i’m not fighting for fault. I’m fighting the ticket. If there arent any markings, and there arent, then the charge which is minor will be dropped. Btw, the minor charge is, “Driving left of center on a curve.” But since center isnt defined at the curve i should be relatively safe. (Or so says Pointts my reps). If i lose the fight then its $85 with possibility of 2 demerit points. ---
